Introduction

Cashbuild is the largest retailer of building materials in southern Africa. The company has established 193 stores throughout southern Africa and creates between 200 and 300 jobs annually. In addition to its stores in South Africa, Cashbuild retails in Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho and Malawi. Cashbuild is listed on the JSE and holds 16% of the market share in its industry.
