Karlan Chetty, 35, Strategy and Business Planning Manager, has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA (Strategy and Portfolio Management). Chetty joined the company in September 2008 and is responsible for driving the short and long-term business plan development and ensuring that the company achieves its longterm 2020 vision.
