‘Growth prospects are endless’

‘I completed a Bachelor of Technology degree (Information and Technology Management), at the University of Johannesburg and joined Dimension Data as part of the Services Graduate Programme. My role includes providing support: co-ordinating communication, monitoring project progress and setting up operational structures in project engagements that span across multiple lines of businesses. Working for a large corporate is great, because growth prospects are endless but it is easy to get lost in the maze. I get involved in key project engagements, where I can make a valuable contribution to the business. Individuals who are achievement-oriented, assertive and who enjoy working with people will thrive here.’
Nelisiwe Kweyama, 23, is a Project Co-ordinator at MEA Project Services unit and joined Dimension Data in 2010.
