‘My role involves training, as well as all learning and development initiatives. I also liaise with service providers around training issues and book employees on training courses. Of course there is also an administrative aspect to the role. ‘For me, the IDC is about bettering the lives of people in Africa and every employee has such passion and drive when it comes to helping others.
