‘I am in the Liberty Graduate Development Programme and have been placed at Liberty Africa where I am rotating, getting exposure to various systems and processes that go into running our businesses across the continent. As one of the Liberty graduates I am also responsible for some of the CSI projects which allow us to give back to the community by raising awareness for and assisting great causes. I’m currently studying towards a CFA qualification and finding a balance between work, study and play can be difficult but it’s helping me develop my time-management skills. The type of people who thrive here are those who enjoy personal growth. This is encouraged and self development is supported, allowing one to see that the sky truly is the limit.
