Pfizer South Africa is part of the global Pfizer Inc, an organisation which is headquartered in New York and employs 130 000 people in 120 countries. The South African operation was established in 1953, and comprises four separate businesses: Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer Animal Health, Nutrition and Consumer Health.
