‘Maintaining high levels of customer service is a constant challenge’

‘I enjoy the opportunity to explore my methodologies of systems and processes, while having the support of my superiors to implement such processes. Being a newly operationally merged company, there have been certain challenges in streamlining operational procedures. As a distribution team we find Rapidol and Kinky customers have different expectations about delivery time and service. Maintaining high levels of customer service is a constant challenge. Self-motivated and dynamic people who are unafraid of challenges would enjoy working here, especially those thriving on problem-solving and team effort.’
