Using international standards, the CRF Institute identifies the front-runners in excellent HR management. Key to the Best Employers project is that all participants must exceed the objective rating standards in our research. This is a crucial prerequisite to offer your organisation recognition for your HR performance, insight into your comparative strengths and visibility to stand out as an employer of choice.
This certification will help organisations to attract, retain and engage their staff more effectively. And it will also bring well-deserved acknowledgment to the organisation’s HR department, which designs and executes these outstanding policies and practices.
The Best Employers methodology has been developed by the CRF Institute, formerly known as the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF). Our unique approach is characterised by HR policy based research, objectivity and an independent and selective assessment. The methodology is adapted to each country and updated annually. The methodology is developed in close cooperation with a local panel of HR experts and other selected partners.
Since 1991, more than 2,500 leading organisations around the world have participated in our Best Employer projects.
