Feedback session: explain Benchmark and Toolkit

All participating organisations will receive an insight to their Best Employer Benchmark results in an individual presentation. In this session, certified organisations will also receive advice on the promotional potential of this certification. We value this session very highly, and it usually results in inspiring opportunities. 

1. Benchmark & Research Feedback

Participants receive access to the personalised and confidential Best Employers Benchmark. This Report and online Benchmark tool offers comprehensive information regarding your position as an employer and provides insight to the relative performance of your peer group of organisations. In a feedback session, the results of the benchmark are explained and you will receive full insight to the performance of your organisation and HR department. 

2. Best Employers Employer Branding

Toolkit: We provide the certified organisations with several means to promote their Best Employers status. This comprises the Certification Seal, the profile on the organisation, sample press releases, Best Practices of usage of the Certification Seal, and the Best Employers award.
