Through the objective and independent Best Employers research methodology, the smartest, most forward-thinking employers in the country are determined. The BEST Employers™ SA project is run annually. Key to the project is that all participants must exceed the objective rating standards in our research. The performance of each organisation that participates in BEST Employers™ SA is judged and rated by the independent panel of experts.
