We work in close association with local partners to develop and harness the best qualitative and quantitative research methodology, ensuring access to a diverse and rich working knowledge and experience within HR policy and practices.

In close collaboration with business journalists, publishers and publication partners, we extensively promote our Best Employers' successes through a variety of media and fora.

Project partners for Best Employers 2011/12 include the Institute of People Management, Hay Group, HR Future, the South African Institute of Management,  Steve Bluen management consultant, Wits Business School, Future Think, DMSA and the UCT Graduate School of Business.

 Certified Best Employers were featured in a special report in the Mail and Guardian immediately after the awards ceremony in August 2010.
